| 摘 要： | 分析罗汉果组培苗植株发生徒长、不结果或结果少、果实小的原因,2005年采取培育健壮无病大苗带土提早移栽;科学运筹水肥,做到“前促、中控、后攻”;低节位多次打顶摘心,促进侧蔓生长;对徒长株进行回缩短截;喷施催花剂诱导花芽分化,喷施多效唑抑制节间徒长等预防与补救措施,当年结果株率达94.47%,比2004年提高了13.69%。 |

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the causes of excessive vegetative growth,no fruiting or fewer fruiting and small fruit of tissue-culture plants derived from Siraitia grosvenorii(Swingle),the prevention and remedying measures were applied in 2005.The strong plantlets without diseases were transplanted with soil as early as possible;scientific water and fertilizer management of "promoting at earlier stage,controlling at intermediate stage and supplementing at later stage" was implemented;and multi pinching off on low nodes was carried out to promote the growth of side vines.The excessive vegetative growth plants would be pruned;the catalyzer was sprayed to induce the differentiation of flower bud,and paclobutrazol was sprayed to inhibit the excessive vegetative growth of plants.As a result,the rate of fruiting plants reached to 94.7% and yield increased by 13.69% from that of 2004. |
