| 摘 要： | 为了研究植物生长调节剂对马铃薯薯苗生长及产量的影响。在日光温室中用多效唑、矮壮素、膨大素喷施马铃薯脱毒苗,测量株高,收获计产。3种植物生长调节剂都能在一定程度上控制植株徒长。矮壮素能增加3.0 g以上的薯块结薯量,膨大素、多效唑对增加1.0~3.0 g和0.5~1.0 g的薯块结薯数有明显的促进作用。喷洒植物生长调节剂的处理平均产量均与对照差异极显著,相互之间差异不显著,以多效唑居第一。3种植物生长调节剂都能控制植株徒长,增加结薯数,提高产量,以多效唑的效果最佳。

| Abstract: | The research aimed to study the effects of plant growth regulator on the seedling growth and yield of potato.In sunlight greenhouse,virus-free potato seedlings were sprayed with paclobutrazol,chlormequat and expansin,the plant height was measured and the yield was calculated after harvest.3 kinds of plant growth regulators all could control plant overgrowing,increase tuberization number and enhance the yield,with the effect of paclobutrazol being best. |
