摘    要:为建立完整、简洁、有效的玉米细胞质雄性不育分类体系,从大田育性鉴定、育性专效性恢复鉴定、细胞学鉴定和分子水平鉴定四方面对分类方法作了全面总结,建立了相对完整的分类体系.同时对体系进行优化,认为大田育性鉴定,细胞学鉴定和PCR分类鉴定是最优化的体系,从而为不同类型的细胞质快速应用、种质鉴定作了理论铺垫,为不同细胞质类型研究提供了理论支持.
