摘    要:旨在研究蚯蚓堆置处理作用对纤维素、半纤维素、木质素降解的影响.采用室内接种的方法,用不同C/N的玉米秸秆与纯牛粪混合物为物料饲养赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida),以成蚓与幼蚓总数和物料中纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的酶活性为检测指标.结果表明,接种蚯蚓的试验组比未接种蚯蚓的对照组能显著增强物料中4种酶的活性;接种蚯蚓的物料C/N为25时,成蚓与幼蚓总数、纤维素酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶的酶活性较其他组高,3种酶活性随时间逐渐增强;C/N为30时,木聚糖酶活性较其他组高,并随时间逐渐减弱.蚯蚓能在堆制处理过程中加速纤维素、半纤维素和木质素的降解;当C/N=25时,蚯蚓繁殖较好,比较有利于纤维素、半纤维素、木质素降解.

Abstract:To assess the role of earthworms in cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin decomposition, we carried out experiments in which the different C/N mixtures of cattle manure and corn stock were treated in laboratory with Eisenia foetida , Taking the population of earthworms and the activity of Cellulase, Xylanase, Peroxydase(POD)and Polyphenoloxidase (PPO)as indices. It was found that the presence of earthworms stimulated the activity of enzymes; Eisenia foetida showed the best reproduction and the highest activity of Cellulase, POD, and PPO at C /N = 25, significantly increasing with periods, However, Xylanase showed the highest activity at C/N = 30, decreasing with periods. Eisenia foetida can trigger the decomposition of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin. The optimal C/N condition for the reproduction of Eisenia foetida, and the decomposition of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin was 25.
