| Abstract: | Aiming to the present problems of the lag in studying and developing to the buckwheat processing key technical facilities than the development of buckwheat production in China, this paper emphasizes the necessity to strengthen the digestion of the key technical facilities and to develop the domestic production for buckwheat processing. In the paper the emphasized content and the precaution items etc have been discussed systemically. |
