| 摘 要： | 随着4G终端和移动互联网的发展，移动APP(应用程序)以其便捷、迅速、可个性化定制推送等特点在信息服务和知识传播领域得到广泛应用。但由于高校图书馆技术力量有限，高校图书馆移动APP存在着同质化，个性化服务偏少，用户体验不佳，推介使用不够等问题。高校图书馆应围绕用户核心需求，加强人性化研究，加强与第三方技术合作，加强推广力度，推进高校图书馆移动APP服务的发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of 4G and mobile internet,mobile APP（application）has been extensively applied in information services and knowledge dissemination by its characteristics,such as convenient、speedy and personalized customization push. But due to the limited technology in university library,university library mobile APP has a lot of problems: Such as fewer homogeneity、personalized service less、User experience is not good、introduction of use is not enough,etc. University library should be around the users’ core needs,strengthen the study of human nature、strengthen technical cooperation with a third party、strengthen the promotion,promote the development of mobile APP service in university library. |
