| 摘 要： | 中国在经济发展的同时必须重视社会公共服务事业的发展。随着公共图书馆的建设、发展受到社会上越来越多的关注，如何在公共图书馆为残疾人设计和落实更优质的服务，成了公共图书馆管理服务领域的一个问题。探讨了图书馆为残疾人士提供服务的相关机制，梳理了为残疾人士提供无障碍服务的多个角度。

| Abstract: | As the country's economic developing on the highway of a happy trip,our country never forget the development of social and public service while the economic is developing fast. With the construction and development of the public libraries getting more and more attention,how to supply and implement the disabled better service in the public library has become an issue of public service in the field of library management. This paper discusses the development of mechanisms to provide library services for people with disabilities and combed from multiple respects of services accessible to people with disabilities. |
