| 摘 要： | 网络信息资源是一种电子信息资源，是一种依托Internet网络传输和利用的电子信息资源。信息在现行的网络环境中，实际上是一个由文件、图片和声音构成的巨大的信息集合，这些信息存储在遍布全球的各种各样的计算机中。在我国的农业产业化发展过程中，由于市场体系建设滞后，特别是市场信息闭塞，造成农产品市场波动大，因此，网络环境下广大的农民应该学会充分利用各种媒体，如被称为是传统的大众传播媒体的电视、报纸、广播及被称为第四媒体的Internet。笔者在对农民对各种媒体的关注情况进行调查分析后，发现他们对农业科技图书的使用几乎处于空白，因此，建议各出版单位还需要进一步加强对“三农“图书特别是农民用书的推荐力度。同时，还重点介绍了包括中国农业大学出版社网站在内的几个农业信息网站，以期对广大农民提供最实在的信息帮助。

| Abstract: | The network information resource is a kind of electronics information resource,and it is a kind of electronics information resource which relys on delivering and exploitation of the Internet network. Under the current network environment ,information is a huge information concourse which actually constituted by document,picture and sound. These information is saved in the various calculators which spread all over the world.In the process of agriculture industry in our country ,because of the lag of the market system construction,especially the out of the way of the market information,the farm-product market undulate greatly. Therefore,under the network environment most of the farmer should make use of various medium well ,such as the television,newspaper and broadcast which is called the traditional mass media,and the Internet which is called the fourth medium .After investigating and analysis the concern of the farmer to various medium,writer discovered that the farmer knew nothing about the usage of the agriculture science and technology book.Therefore,it is suggested that each publication unit still needs to strengthen the commend force of " three agricultures" book especially the book for the farm.At the same time,it is introduced a few agricultural information website including the website of China agriculture university's press ,expecting to provide the most useful information to most of the farmer. |
