| 摘 要： | 调查了宁夏自治区红地球葡萄2001年贮藏保鲜概况。从气候、保鲜剂、综合管理技术等方面分析比较了影响红地球葡萄贮藏保鲜质量的因素,对宁夏自治区红地球葡萄贮藏保鲜产业的发展提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | Quality of red globe grape after cold storage in Ningxia province in2001was investigated.The main factors that influence the quality of red globe grape after cold storage were analyzed and compared.Climate,preservatives,comprehensive technology of management determined the quality of grape in storage.Some suggestion was made for the development of postharvest industry of red globe grape in Ningxia municipality. |
