抗生理性凋萎症西瓜砧木筛选试验

摘    要:【目的】筛选抗生理性凋萎症的西瓜嫁接砧木品种应用于生产。【方法】选用葫芦类、南瓜类、冬瓜类及野生西瓜类等17个砧木与广西三号无籽西瓜进行嫁接试验、田间栽培试验,观察嫁接成活率及嫁接栽培对西瓜生长势、抗病性、产量和果实品质的影响。【结果】嫁接成活率葫芦类91.20%~95.60%,南瓜类73.20%~80.40%,冬瓜类81.20%~
86.40%,野生西瓜类82.40%~91.20%;嫁接组合生长势强的砧木品种为广西本地葫芦、杂交葫芦、大蒲瓜、超丰F1、日本南瓜、铁力金钢白籽南瓜、白籽南瓜、农友野生西瓜、伙伴野生西瓜;坐果容易的砧木品种为广西本地葫芦、杂交葫芦、大蒲瓜、超丰F1、日本南瓜、铁力金钢白籽南瓜、白籽南瓜、伙伴野生西瓜;高抗生理性凋萎症的砧木品种为白籽南瓜、铁力金钢白籽南瓜、日本南瓜、广西本地葫芦、杂交葫芦、大蒲瓜、超丰F1、伙伴野生西瓜;产量在22500.00 kg/ha以上且按产量由高到低排序为白籽南瓜、铁力金钢白籽南瓜、广西本地葫芦、日本南瓜、伙伴野生西瓜、杂交葫芦、大蒲瓜;17个嫁接组合的西瓜果实在瓤色、果实质地、口感风味方面差别不明显,但在果实可溶性固形物含量、瓜形及剖面、皮厚等方面存在一定差异。【结论】广西本地葫芦、杂交葫芦、白籽南瓜、伙伴野生西瓜与广西三号无籽西瓜嫁接表现高抗西瓜生理性凋萎症,且综合性状表现优良,可进一步扩大试验和示范。

Abstract:【Objective】This research screened the grafted watermelon rootstock varieties resistant to physiological wilt disease in order to apply relevant information to watermelon production. 【Method】Seventeen different stocks of Lagenaria siceraria, squash, Benincasa, and wild Citrullus vulgaris were selected to undergo the grafting test and filed cultivation test with seedless watermelon Guangxi 3; the relevant grafting cultivation survival rate, disease resistance, yield, and fruit quality were observed. 【Result】The grafting survival rate of gourds ranged from 91.20 to 95.60%, the grafting survival rate of squash ranged from 73.20 to 80.40%, the grafting survival rate of Benincasa ranged from 81.20 to 86.40%, and the grafting survival rate of wild Citrullus vulgaris ranged from 82.40 to 91.20%. Grafting combined rootstock varieties with strong growth potential included Guangxi local cucurbit, cross cucurbit, large white flowered gourd, Chaofeng F1 generation, Japanese pumpkin, Tieli Jingang white-seed pumpkin, white seed pumpkin, Nongyou wild watermelon, and Huoban wild watermelon. Rootstock varieties with easy fruit setting qualities included Guangxi local cucurbit, cross cucurbit, large white flowered gourd, Chaofeng F1 generation, Japanese pumpkin, Tieli Jingang white-seed pumpkin, white seed pumpkin, and Huoban wild watermelon. The high physiological wilt disease resistance rootstock varieties included white seed pumpkin, Tieli Jingang white-seed pumpkin, Japanese pumpkin, Guangxi local cucurbit, cross cucurbit, large white flowered gourd, Chaofeng F1 generation, and Huoban wild watermelon. The rootstock varieties with production yield of over 22500.00 kg/ha included white seed pumpkin, Tieli Jingang white-seed pumpkin, Guangxi local cucurbit, Japanese pumpkin, Huoban wild watermelon, cross cucurbit, and large white flowered gourd,and the list was arranged from the rootstock variety with the largest production yield to that of the lowest production variety. The flesh color, flavor, and taste of the 17 grafting watermelon combinations’ fruit had no obvious differences, but the soluble solid content, fruit shape, fruit profile, and fruit skin thickness displayed some obvious differences. 【Conclusion】Guangxi local cucurbit, cross cucurbit, white seed pumpkin, and Huoban wild watermelon grafted with Guangxi No.3 showed high resistance to watermelon physiological wilt disease and exhibited excellent overall characteristics.
