| 摘 要： | 以肉种鸡为素材,测量其42周龄蛋的物理组成和54周龄肉种鸡腹脂重(率),研究肉种鸡屠体肥度与蛋物理组成关系。结果表明:腹脂重(率)与蛋重、蛋黄重、蛋黄比例、蛋黄蛋白比例相关不显著;蛋重与蛋黄重、蛋白重存在极显著的正表型相关,与蛋黄比例、蛋黄蛋白比例呈显著的负表型相关;蛋黄重与蛋白重呈极显著的正表型相关,与蛋黄比例、蛋黄蛋白比例呈极显著的正表型相关;蛋白重与蛋黄比例、蛋黄蛋白比例呈极显著的负表型相关;蛋黄比例与蛋黄蛋白比例呈极显著正表型相关。

| Abstract: | The egg composition at 42-weed-old and abdominal fat weight (AFW)or the percentage of abdominal fat (PAF)at 54-weed-old broiler breeders were measured.The results show that there was no significant correlation between AFW or PAF and egg weight,yolk weight,yolk to egg weight ratio or yolk to albumen ratio.There was very significant positive phenotypic correlation between egg weight and yolk weight or albumen weight,but significant negative phenotypic correlation with yolk to egg weight ratio and yolk to albumen ratio.There was very significant positive phenotypic correlation between yolk weight and albumen weight,yolk to egg weight ratio or yolk to albumen ratio. There was very significant negative phenotypic correlation between albumen weight and yolk to egg weight ratio or yolk to albumen ratio. There was very significant positive phenotypic correlation between yolk to egg weight ratio and yolk to albumen ratio. |
