摘 要: | 本研究利用血凝法快速测定大豆凝集素的含量,并对东北农业大学大豆研究所的64份种质资源进行了凝集素含量的分析。发现种质资源间的凝集素含量差异很大,在64份种质资源中凝集素含量最低为1.88mg/g(太平川野生豆),最高为37.5mg/g(Atwood)。同时采用SPSS.v12.0软件进行聚类分析,当相似系数为0.16时,64份大豆资源可分为两大类群。其中第一大类群包括33个品种(系),第二大类群包括30个品种(系)。
