| 摘 要： | 本研究利用血凝法快速测定大豆凝集素的含量，并对东北农业大学大豆研究所的64份种质资源进行了凝集素含量的分析。发现种质资源间的凝集素含量差异很大，在64份种质资源中凝集素含量最低为1．88mg／g（太平川野生豆），最高为37．5mg／g（Atwood）。同时采用SPSS．v12．0软件进行聚类分析，当相似系数为0．16时，64份大豆资源可分为两大类群。其中第一大类群包括33个品种（系），第二大类群包括30个品种（系）。
