提取分离胡椒油及胡椒碱的研究

摘    要:采用微波减压蒸馏及乙醇提取法对胡椒油和胡椒碱的提取进行了研究。结果表明,采用真空度0.09MPa,水用量为胡椒质量的5.5倍,乙醇体积分数为75%,乙醇与胡椒的体积质量比为6∶1,从胡椒中提取分离胡椒油和胡椒碱的提取率最大。

Abstract:Microwave vacuum distillation and ethanol as solvent are used to extract pepper oil and piperine from black pepper in this research. The optimum conditions that extracting and separating pepper oil and piperine from black pepper is a vacuum of 0.09 MPa,water weight of 5.5 times pepper,the concentration of 75% ethanol,the ethanol:pepper=6∶1.
