摘    要:运用供给侧结构性改革理念,分析了渭南产业结构存在的问题,用经济学理论建构产业优化的分析,建议以渭南农业自然条件、历史传统为基点,以市场需求为导向,调整产业结构和产品结构,加快科技引领和科技支撑,扩大整镇连片现代粮食基地,提升区域农业规模水平,让农产品生产与市场需求相对接,实现农业产量向质量效益的转型。以现代农业经营体系为龙头、现代畜牧业示范区为载体,加快发展现代畜牧业加快农业向二三产业融合,为渭南农业经济的可持续发展提出可行性的建议。

Abstract:By using concept of supply-side structural reform,existing problems of Weinan′s industrial structure were analyzed,and from perspective of economic theory to construct industrial optimization,it is suggested that Weinan′s agricultural natural conditions and historical traditions should be taken as the basis.By taking market demand as the guide,adjusting industrial structure and product structure,accelerating scientific and technological guidance and support,expanding modern grain bases throughout the town,and upgrading regional agricultural scale,agricultural production and market demand were linked,and ultimately the transformation of agricultural output to quality and benefit was realized.Taking modern agricultural management system as the leader and the modern animal husbandry demonstration area as the carrier,development of modern animal husbandry should be speeded up and integration of agriculture into secondary and tertiary industries should be accelerated,and some feasible suggestions were put forward for sustainable development of Weinan agricultural economy.
