摘    要:为研究根施5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-aminolevulinic acid,ALA)对早春茬日光温室黄瓜生长、产量和品质的影响,以黄瓜‘中农26号’为试验材料,采用根区滴灌方式,以1、5和10 mg/(株·次)为处理,以滴灌等量清水为对照进行试验。结果表明:与对照相比,根施1 mg/(株·次)显著提高黄瓜植株的株高、叶片数和根系活力;同时该浓度处理显著提高叶绿体色素含量、净光合速率和气孔导度,从而增加了黄瓜产量,单产比对照增加9.33%,但对果实品质(可溶性糖、维生素C、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白)无显著影响。在早春茬日光温室黄瓜生产过程中,根施1 mg/(株·次)可促进黄瓜生长,提高黄瓜产量。
