摘    要:目的:评价甘肃野生当归与栽培当归的品质。方法:通过电子鼻检测不同当归气味在传感器上的响应值,并采用主成分(PCA)、判别因子(DFA)进行分析。结果:野生当归与栽培当归气味差异明显。结论:电子鼻技术对当归气味的判别与传统经验鉴别相一致,可以作为中药质量的快速鉴别手段。

Analysis on the odor of Radix Angelica Sinensis based on electronic nose

Abstract:Objective: To appraise rationally the quality between wild and cultivated Radix A ngelica Sinensis. Methods: Evaporability composition of Radix Angelica Sinensis was sampled from headspace of emanating, and then response values were obtained. Principal component analysis (PCA) and discriminant factor analysis (DFA) were used to combine the optimum feature parameters. Results: The odor of wild Radix Angelica Sinensis was different from that of the cultivated. Coneluion: Electronic nose technology to distinguish Radix Angelica Sinensis odor is consistent with traditional experience discrimination. Electronic nose.combined with PCA and DFA canbe applied to identify the quality of traditional Chinese medicine.
