| 摘 要： | 大学生宿舍既是学生日常生活与学习的重要场所，又是思想政治教育工作者对大学生进行思想政治教育和素质教育的重要阵地。对目前在大学生宿舍开展思想政治教育工作中存在的育人功能认识不到位、制度建设欠缺、职能不统一等问题进行了分析，同时就如何充分发挥大学生宿舍的育人功能，从加强德育教育队伍建设、调动学生主动性、多渠道发挥环境育人的渗透作用等方面提出了建议。
