摘    要:研究了19株拮抗菌对芒果炭疽病菌和蒂腐病菌的拮抗作用,其中以X-98-2对2种病原菌拮抗作用最强,其发酵液可大大降低芒果炭疽病和蒂腐病的发病率,提高芒果贮藏期的果品质量,经初步鉴定该菌为芽孢杆菌属。采用GC/MS对其发酵上清液分析表明,其抑菌活性成分为氨基糖苷类抗生素。

Abstract:The antagonistic effect of nineteen strains of antagonistic microorganisms on the growth of Colletotrichum gloesporioides and Botryodiplodia theobromae on mango were studied. The growth of these two pathogens was strongly suppressed by X-98-2 and the incidence of mango anthracnose and stem-end rot disease was reduced, which helpful in raising storage life and improving fruit quality. Based on preliminary identification, it belongs to Bacillus. Based on GC/ MS analysis, it was found that aminoglycoside antibiotic is a key component that inhibits the growth of the two pathogens in the fermentation extract of Baiillus sp. X-98-2.
