摘    要:用60Co-γ射线350Gy辐照明恢63干种子,从M3代选得抽穗期提早,农艺性状一致、稳定的突变系,定名早恢90.以早恢90为父本与细胞质雄性不育系农A配组成的农优90,在1999、2000年福建省早稻区域试验中产量居首位,比对照威优64和威优77分别增产9.8%和8.0%,差异极显著;抗病性、米质均优于威优64、威优77;2002年分别通过福建省和江西省农作物品种审定委员会审定.

Inducement of Minghui 63 early-maturing mutant and breeding of high-yielding early-indica hybrid rice Nongyou 90
Abstract:Dry seeds of Minghui 63 were irradiated by60Co γ with the dosage of 350 Gy. From the M3 population, a mutant line named Zaohui 90 was obtained, which had uniform and stable agronomic traits as Minghui 63. The yield of Nongyou 90 of Nong A CMS line × Zaohui 90 was the highest during the early rice regional trials in Fujian Province in 1999 and 2000. Compared with Veiyou 64 and Veiyou 77 (CK), its yield increased by 9.8% and 8.0%, respectively, reaching significance level, and was superior to CK in disease resistance and rice quality. It was registered in 2002 by the Crop Cultivar Registration Committees of Fujian and Jiangxi Provinces, respectively.
