| 摘 要： | 为合理处置和利用持续增多的枯枝落叶等绿化废弃物,从高速公路绿化废弃物的生态资源角度出发,在阐述枯枝落叶的生态功能等方面的基础上,综述了绿化废弃物的几种生态利用途径,并重点介绍了绿化废弃物堆肥处理技术及其优势、产品开发、应用效果和市场前景。基于此,认为堆肥是处理绿化废弃物的有效途径,可以为高速公路绿化行业发展循环经济提供一种实用可行的模式。同时针对我国缺少绿化废弃物利用的相应政策和管理要求,借鉴国外成功经验与政策法规,提出了适合我国的绿化废弃物循环利用的对策。

| Abstract: | In order to reasonably dispose and make use of the increasing litter,on the basis of expounding ecological functions of litter,several ecological ways to utilize greening waste were overviewed from the ecological resources point of highway greening waste,and the composting treatment technology of greening waste and its advantages,product development,application effect and market prospect were highlighted,it was thought that the composting was the effective utilization approach for greening waste,which could provide a practical and feasible pattern for developing circular economy of highway greening industry.At the same time,so far as the lack of corresponding policy support and management requirement for greening waste utilization in China is concerned,some countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the recycling utilization of our green waste were put forward by learning from the foreign successful experience and policy. |
