| 摘 要： | 随着转基因植物（Transgenic plant,TP）的迅速发展,TP及产品大量涌向市场,其安全性在全球范围内引起普遍的关注。一些国家正努力加强对TP及产品的管理,而加强检测技术的研究是必不可少的。TP检测方法主要包括聚合酶链式反应（PCR）法,外源蛋白检测法,基因芯片检测技术。随着TP检测技术的发展情况及研究趋势,基因芯片检测法将是未来转基因植物及产品检测方法的新手段。 |

| Abstract: | With the repaid development of the TP,more and more TP and its manufacturing have been pouring into the market.It has been paid more attention to the safety of the TP globally.Some countries have strengthened the management to TP and its manufacturing.It is necessary for them to improve the research on TP detection.There are some major methods in TP detection including PCR detection,protein detection and gene chips detection.With the development of TP detection and research,gene chips detection will be the desirable method on TP detection in the future. |
