黄瓜褐斑病菌分生孢子萌发与侵染的研究

摘    要:对黄瓜褐斑病菌分生孢子萌发和侵染情况进行了系统研究。结果表明:病菌分生孢子萌发形式多样,可以从孢子一端、两端、或一侧一端、或两端一侧长出芽管。不同温度条件,对孢子萌发方式有明显影响。分生孢子萌发的适温为25~30℃;孢子在相对湿度90%以上才能萌发,水滴中萌发率最高;孢子萌发的pH值为3~13,最适pH值为5~6。病菌既可直接侵入,也可通过气孔侵入,以气孔侵入为主,伤口对侵入的影响不明显。

Abstract:The systematic studies on spore germination and infection of pathogenCorynespora cassiicola(Berk & Curt) Wei]causing cucumber spot disease showed that pathogenic spores were able to germinate forming germination tube from one end or both ends of the spore,or one from end and another from side of the spore,or one from side ant two from ends of the spore.It was observed that temperature had substantial effect on spore germination,being optimal at 25-30 ℃.The relative humidity and pH value had important effects on spore germination,with optimal relative humidity above 90% and suitable pH values at 5-6.The observation demonstrated that spore might cause infection by either direct invasion or stomata invasion,mostly infection via stomata invasion.The surface wound might not have substantial effect on spore invasion.
