摘    要:为减少城市污染,根据生活垃圾的成分及处理方法,设计一种生活垃圾简易分类装置。通过分析影响垃圾分类效率的因素,确定采用正交旋转组合试验法对分类装置的运动及结构参数进行优化。应用软件Design-Expert软件进行优化求解,获得的因素最佳组合为:破袋旋刀与排针滚筒转速比0.43、排针滚筒与挡料排针间的倾角17°、排针长210mm、排针滚筒与分类齿辊的转速比0.37、排针滚筒与分类齿辊的高度差11.84mm。

Abstract:A simple household garbage sorting machine is designed according to the components and disposal method of domestic garbage so as to reduce their pollutions to cities.Factors affecting garbage sorting efficiency are analyzed.Orthogonal rotary combination test is adopted to optimize the parameters of the machine operation and structure.Design-Expert software is used to make the optimization and find the solution.The obtained optimized combination is as follows:the rotary speed ratio between the breaking rotary edge and the sorting tooth is 0.43,the inclination angle between needles roller and keep-off needles is 17°,the length of needles is 210 mm,the rational speed ratio between the needles roller and sorting tooth is 0.37,and the altitude difference between them is 11.84 mm.
