| Abstract: | With the growth of market economy,agricultural machinery cooperatives have seen fast development in recent years.Yet,such factors as inferior quality of personnel have resulted in low level of standardized management.This article makes analysis on the approaches to realized standardized administration in this respect and puts forward measures to achieve this target in a bid to provide reference for the sound growth in agricultural machinery cooperatives. |
