| 摘 要： | 通过对六合北部山丘区的水资源特点、开发利用现状和存在问题分析,基于生活用水、生产用水和生态用水的不同要求和用水特点,按照水资源配置基本用水优先原则、公平性原则、可持续性原则和效率与效益原则,确定供水、用水的优先次序,采用蓄、引、提"长藤结瓜"式供水系统,进行六合北部山丘区多用户、多水源的优化配置。充分利用当地径流,进一步优化塘坝布局,1536座灌溉塘坝、26座小(Ⅰ)型水库、25座小(Ⅱ)型水库分片包干,4座中型水库与小型水库联合运行,骨干河网作为虚拟"水库",利用现有的补水线与中型水库联合调度,利用红山窑、新禹河等水利枢纽工程调引长江水满足不同设计保证率的用水。
