漆酶的研究进展

摘    要:漆酶是一种金属糖蛋白,属于多铜氧化酶家族,它分布于动物、植物、真菌、细菌当中。漆酶能够通过自由基-催化反应机制利用氧气作为电子受体直接氧化芳香族化合物底物或者介体,然后在介体的介导作用下氧化大分子的木质素或者氧化还原电势较高的非酚型芳香族化合物。漆酶在纸浆造纸、印染废水处理、食品工程、有机合成以及生物能源当中有着重要的应用前景。

Abstract:Laccases are mental--sugar proteins which belong to multi--copper oxidase enzyme family, laccases are widely distributed in animals, plants, fungus and bacteria, especially in fungus and bacterial. Laceases can use molecular oxygen as electron accepter to oxidize aromatic compounds. Laceases also can oxidize some small molecular compounds, which can mediate the further oxidization of macromolecule lignin or high redox potential non--phenolic aromatic compounds. Laccases have biotechnological potential in paper pulp, textile, and food industry, and they also can be used in organic synthesis and bioenergy.
