| 摘 要： | 分子标记技术已被广泛应用于遗传学、实验动物学及免疫学等研究领域中。在此，概述了分子遗传标记的种类及其在鸡中的应用情况。随着分子生物学技术的不断发展及鸡基因组测序的完成，分子标记必将不断改进完善，人们也将会不断地发现更为有效和便捷的分子标记技术应用于鸡的遗传及应用研究中。

| Abstract: | The technology of molecular markers is used in many fields such as genetics, laboratory animal science and immunology etc. The kinds of molecular marker and their application in chickens are discussed in this article. With the development of molecular biology and the accomplishment of chicken genome sequencing, molecular marker must be improved continuously. More effective and convenient molecular markers will also be found and applied in the research of chickens. |
