放线菌Snea253的鉴定及对大豆胞囊线虫的抑制作用

摘    要:从土壤中分离筛选到一株具有杀线虫活性的放线菌菌株Snea253,该菌株对多种线虫有毒杀活性。通过形态学特征,生理生化特征及16S rDNA分析,初步鉴定为委内瑞拉链霉菌Streptomyces venezuelae。研究了Snea253菌株代谢物不同倍数稀释液对大豆胞囊线虫卵孵化及二龄幼虫活性的影响,结果表明:发酵原液对大豆胞囊线虫卵孵化的相对抑制率为88.73%;10倍稀释液浓度下,相对抑制率是70.49%,均与无菌水对照差异显著。处理24h后,发酵原液对二龄幼虫的校正死亡率是92.13%,各稀释浓度处理均与无菌水对照差异显著。

Abstract:A strain Snea253 isolated from a soil sample collected in Jinlin province was demonstrated to be of strong nematocidal activity. The hatching rate of soybean cyst nematode was suppressed by 88.73 % in original fermentation liquid and by 70.49 % in 10-time diluted solution. The corrected mortality rate of juvenile was 92.13% in original fermentation liqiud after 24 h. Identification based on its morphology, physiology and biochemistry and its 16S rDNA sequence analysis showed that the strain was Streptomyces venezuelae.
