摘    要:本文研究了植物内生枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis TR21菌株灌根对巴西蕉(Musa AAA Cavendish subgroup cv. Brazil)枯萎病的大田防治效果。试验持续开展了两轮。第一轮以新植苗为防治对象,防效达到63.23%,折算的每667m2经济损失率比对照减少8.23%。第二轮以吸芽为处理对象,设3个处理区,处理区1为第一轮灌根的延续,处理区2和3则选择第一轮生产周期未作处理的吸芽,分别用TR21和50%多菌灵600倍液(设为对照)灌根,结果表明处理区1的防效为73.90%,处理区2的防效为63.23%,折算的每667m2经济损失率分别比对照减少31.23%和29.29%。初步田间试验显示菌株TR21对巴西蕉枯萎病具有较好防效,用其发酵稀释液持续灌根或在巴西蕉生长早期灌根有利于提高其对巴西蕉枯萎病的防效。

Abstract:The biocontrol effect of plant endophytic Bacillus subtilis strain TR21 on Panama disease of Musa AAA Cavendish subgroup cn.Brazil was investigated in fields.The whole experiments were conducted for two rounds.In the first round experiment,the treatment object were newly planted tissue culture seeds.After all the fruits were harvested,compared with control,the control effect and reduce of corrected economic losses per 667 m2 were 63.23% and 8.23%,respectively.In the second round experiment,the suckers were as the treatment object,and three areas were set.Area One was the first round experiment area,Area Two and Three were new areas where the suckers were not treated in the first round.Area One and Two were treated by TR21 as described above,and Area Three treated by 50% carbendazim diluted 600 times was used as a control.After all fruits were harvested,the control effects in Area One and Two were 73.90% and 63.23%,respectively,and the corrected economic losses per 667 m2 reduced by 31.23% and 29.29%,respectively.The results showed that the strain TR21 had the potential to control the Panama Disease in fields,and sustained inoculation or inoculation in the early stage of banana growth by pouring root was favorable for improving the control effect.
