摘    要:通过对青山林场红皮云杉10个群体苗木针叶矿物质元素的52个样本进行分析,结果表明,群体内存在丰富的变异,红皮去杉苗木针叶矿物质变异中,3.52%存在于群体间,群体内变异占96.48%。镁、铁、锌与苗木生物量相关密切;镁、镜、锰、磷、钾与亲本性状相关密切,其中,钾的质量分数与发芽率存在显著负相关;锌、磷、镁、氮与气候因子相关密切。方差分析结果表明,除磷、钾、锌群体间差异显著外,其余7个性状群体间差异均不显著,说明群体间苗木针叶矿物质质量分数差别很小。利用苗木针叶中矿物质质量分数磷、钾和锌3个元素进行聚类分析,将红皮云杉后代群体分为5类:白音敖包为一类,临江、天桥岭为一类,乌伊岭、大丰、友好为一类,穆棱、海林为一类,塔河、高峰为一类。

Abstract:samples of mineral elements for 10 seedling needles of Koyama spruce( Picea koraiensis ) in Qingshan forestry farm were analyzed, the result showed that the abundance variations exist in the populations. Among the variations of the mineral elements of seedling needles of Koyama spruce, 3.52% come from inter population and 96.48% from the intro population. Between Mg, Fe, Zn and seedling biomass have closed correlations; Mg, Zn, Mn, P, K have closed correlation with parental characters, however, the content of K has significant negative correlation with germination percentage; Zn, Mn, P, N have closed correlations with climate elements. The result of variance analyses showed that another 7 characters have not significant variation in inter population except P, K, Zn, which proved that the difference of mineral material of seedling needles in inter population is not obvious. The cluster analysis were calculated with N, P, K in the seedling needles, the result showed that the posterity of Koyama spruce can be divided into clusters: BY, LJ and TL, WY, JS and YH, ML and HL, TH and GF.
