| 摘 要： | <正>前言 能源问题是我国四化建设的战略重点之一。党和政府十分重视各种能源建设,以满足国民经济日益增长的需要。森林能源是世界性的传统能源。据1980年世界银行的报导,全世界木材能源消耗量占总能源的6％,其中发达国家只占1％,发展中国家则达27％。1978年世界木质能源消耗量达15.66亿立方米,总的趋势是越来越多,尤其是发展中国家,木材产量的86％是用作薪柴的。我国1980年全国商品能源总消耗量折标准煤

STATUS AND EFFCT OF FOREST ENERGY ON THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL AREASIN THE NCRTHWESTERN FUJIAN |

| Abstract: | This paper presents an investgati on no the consumptions and main uses of various energies in Fujian provinca in 1980, especially in Jianyang,SanMing and longyan three pree prefectures. The results shows that forest energy has an important position in energy constions in these. Forest energy provide fuel for cooking, pig breeding, agriculture and sideline production, industry and service trades. In view of energy eploitation and conservation, some new ideas have been put forward to solve the pressing problems. Authers suggest that invest in the cultivation of firewood should be regarded asa kind of invest in energy production, like in hydropower's and in mining's, rather than as a general investment in forestry, in order to speed up thee development of firewood. |
