| 摘 要： | 苣荬菜(Sonchus arvensis L.)属菊科苣荬菜属,是一种野生药食两用植物。采用低温处理法处理苣荬菜种子根尖,对苣荬菜染色体特征进行定量分析。结果表明:苣荬菜的体细胞染色体数目为18条,并得出其核型公式为K(2n)=2x=10m+8sm,核型分类属于2A型。研究结果将为苣荬菜的细胞遗传学研究提供基础依据。

| Abstract: | Sonchus arvensis L., a medincine-food wild plant, and belongs to Compositae (Asteraceae). The chromosomal number and karyotype of Sonchus arvensis L. root tip cells were studied with low temperature pretreatment. Results showed that the chromosomal number of somatic cells of Sonchus arvensis L. was 18 (2n). Karyotype formula was K(2n)=2x=10m+8sm. And karyotypic classification was 2A type. This study provided a basis for the cytogenetic study of Sonchus arvensis L.. |
