摘    要:研究了用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测鸡、兔组织中氯苯胍残留量的方法.用乙酸乙酯提取后离心,上清液减压旋转蒸干,用正己烷溶解残渣后过弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化,10%丙酮甲醇溶液洗脱,洗脱液蒸干后用甲醇溶解残渣并定容.HPLC条件:紫外检测器,检测波长353 nm,外标法定量.线性范围在5~500 ng/mL,回归方程为C=139.75A-190.10,r=0.999 9;回收率为70%~110%,批内变异系数小于15%,批间变异系数小于20%;本方法的最低定量限为10 ng/g.

Abstract:The high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used for the determination of robenidine residues in chicken and rabbit tissues. The drugs were extracted from tissues with dried ethyl acetate and distilled to dry. An ultraviolet detector was used at the wavelength of 353 nm. The limit of detection was 10 ng/g. A good linear relationship (concentration versus chromatographic peak area of robenidine) was showed between 5~500 ng/mL(r=0.999 9).Recoveries of robenidine from chicken and rabbit tissues were 70%~110%. RSDs were not more than 20%.
