摘    要:对山东济南、天津宝坻、河南西峡、河南卢氏、河南郑州、河南确山、河南焦作、江苏沭阳、江苏南京、云南曲靖10个种源香椿的抗寒性和抗虫性进行观测,对叶产量和叶总黄酮含量进行测定。结果表明,不同种源香椿的抗性不仅与其遗传性有关,还与种源地纬度、气候等自然条件密切相关。南方种源的香椿叶产量高于北方,叶总黄酮含量随季节变化,在9月份达到最大值。香椿各种源之间叶总黄酮含量差异显著,河南焦作样本叶总黄酮含量最高。综合抗性观测、叶产量测定、叶总黄酮测定分析结果,初步筛选出河南焦作种源作为高黄酮含量药用香椿的优良种质。

Abstract:Ten provenances Toona sinensis from Jinan in Shandong,Baodi in Tianjin,Xixia in Henan,Lushi in Henan,Zhengzhou in Henan,Queshan in Henan,Jiaozuo in Henan,Shuyang in Jiangsu,Nanjing in Jiangsu and Qujing in Yunnan were used to compare leaf production,leaves flavonoids and the cold resistance and insect resistance.The resistance of each provenance was not only related to inherited characteristic,but also to the latitude of provenance,climate and other national conditions closely.Leaf production of Toona sinensis from southern provenance was higher than that of the northern.The content of flavonoids changed with the seasons changed and it could reached the highest in september.For the flavonoids contents,there were significant diffe-rences in the various provenances;the samples of Jiaozuo obtained the highest content.Comprehensively evaluation considered that the germplasm from Jiaozuo in Henan is selected as an excellent medicinal Toona sinensis with high flavonoid content.
