| 摘 要： | 对陕北地区主栽的5个抗裂枣树品种(串杆枣、大木枣、麻子枣、灵宝大枣、疙瘩枣)的气孔性状进行研究。结果表明5个枣树品种的气孔数量在128.96～51.90个.mm-2之间,气孔长度在37.5～17.5μm之间,气孔宽度在27.5～12.5μm之间。5个品种中串杆枣气孔数量最多、长度最长,分别为(100.81±9.17)个.mm-2、(28.81±1.6)μm;疙瘩枣气孔数量最少、长度最小,分别为(68.37±7.00)个.mm-2、(24.36±1.48)μm。气孔宽度以灵宝大枣最大,为(21.6±0.73)μm;大木枣最小,为(19.8±0.73)μm。

| Abstract: | Study on stomata characters of 5 species of anti-cracking Jujube Mill in north Shanxi was made.Results showed that the number of 5 varieties was between 128.96~51.90 pre mm2.The length of 5 varieties was between 37.5~17.7um,the width of 5 varieties was between 27.5~12.5 μm.Z.jujuba Mill.cv.Chuangan had the largest number and length of stomata of 5 varieties,they were 100.81±9.17 pre mm2 and 28.81±1.6 μm,Ziziphus jujuba Mill.had the minimum number and length of stomata of 5 varieties,they were 68.37±7.00 pre mm2 and 24.36±1.48 μm,Zizyphus jujuba Mill.'Ling Bao Da Zao'.had the maximum width with 21.6±0.73 μm,Z jujuba cv.Damuzao had the minimum width with 19.8±0.73 μm. |
