摘    要:用毛细管气相色谱法和固相萃取的样品前处理技术测定蔬菜中百菌清农药残留量。用乙腈作为提取溶剂,固相萃取对样品进行前处理,气相色谱仪(带ECD检测器)检测,百菌清的回收率在94.1%~102.2%,变异系数小于2.78%。

Determination of Chlorothalonil Residues in Vegetables

Abstract:Using capillary gas chromatography method and solid phase extraction sample preparation to determine chlorothalonil residues in vegetables. With acetonitrile as solvent extraction,solid-phase extraction for sample pretreatment,gas chromatograph (ECD detector)as detection,the recovery of chlorothalonil was from 94.1%to 102.2%,the coefficient of variation was less than 2.78%.
