摘    要:本试验旨在探讨日粮中添加大豆黄酮(Da)对初产蛋鸡生产性能及内分泌的影响。选用135羽174日龄迪卡产蛋鸡,随机分为3组:对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、基础日粮+Da3mg/kg组和基础日粮+Da6mg/kg组,试验期为21d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组蛋鸡产蛋率和只日蛋重均显著增加,料蛋比显著下降;血清总钙水平和碱性磷酸酶活性有所提高,无机磷水平呈下降趋势;血清17β-雌二醇水平极显著提高,IGF-I含量降低。本次试验表明Da可通过内分泌途径,改变蛋鸡的内源激素水平及钙磷代谢,从而影响其生产性能。

Effect of Diet Supplemented with Daidzeinon the Performance,Serum Physio--biochemical Parametes in Laying Hens
Abstract:twenty-five-week-old laying hens were randomized into3groups:basal diet,basal diet+3mg /kg daidzein,basal diet+6mg /kg daidzein.The blood samples were collected in the21st day.Compared to control,the egg laying performance of basal diet+daidzein group was improved;serum17β-estradiol level was significantly increased,whereas IGF-I concentration was reduced.Serum total calcium level and alkaline phosphatase activity was elevated slightly and phosphorus level was reduced.Results indicate that daidzein could impact endocrine hormones level,calcium and phosphorus metabolism,in turn,affect perfomance in laying hens.
