河南省夏播花生主要农艺性状与单株生产力的遗传相关及通径分析

摘    要:目的]为夏播花生的杂交育种提供参考。方法]对22个河南省夏播花生品种(系)的主要农艺性状与单株生产力的相关及通径分析。结果]相关分析表明,饱果率、百仁重与单株生产力呈极显著正相关,饱果数与单株生产力呈显著正相关,主茎高、侧枝长、秕果数与单株生产力呈极显著负相关。通径分析结果表明,各性状对单株生产力的直接贡献大小依次为:侧枝长〉百仁重〉饱果率〉秕果数〉饱果数〉总分枝〉结果枝〉出米率〉百果重〉主茎高。结论]在高产栽培中,河南省夏播花生生长后期应采取管理措施,以确保茎叶的营养物质较畅通快速地到达籽仁,提高百仁重,从而提高单株生产力。

Genetic Correlation and Path Coefficient Analysis of Main Agronomic Characters and Productivity of Summer Peanut in Henan Province

Abstract:Objective]The research aimed to provide reference for cross breeding of summer peanut in Henan Province.Method]The genetic correlation and path coefficient analysis of main agronomic characters and productivityof 22 summer peanut cultivars were studied.Result]The analysis results of correlative coefficient showed that the full-pod rate and 100 seeds weight were very positive significant relative to the productivity per plant,the number of full pod werre positive significant relative to the productivity per plant,and the main stem length,lateral branch length and number of immature pod were negative very significant relative to the productivity per plant.The analysis results of path coefficient showed that the direct contribution rate of different traits to the productivity per plant in the order:lateral branch length > 100 seeds weight > full-pod rate > the number of immature pod > the number of full pod > the number of total branches> the number of bearing branches > kernel percent > 100 pods weight> main stem height.Conclusion]The management should ensure rapid flow of nutrients from vegetative organs to seed at late growth stage in summer peanut,in order to facilitate higher 100 seeds weight and improve productivity per plant in Henan Province.
