竹秆表面微形态的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:本文对国产31属51种竹材中部秆表面微形态进行了初步的扫描电镜观察。发现有许多在外部形态上十分相似,难以区分的竹种,而在竹秆表面微形态上有很大的不同,不论是属与属之间或种与种之间在微观特征上都存在着不同的差异,如Iadosasa与Sillobambusa; Clavinodum与Pleioblastus; Sinocalamus与Dendrocalares; Cephalostachyum Schjzostachyum与Bambusa, Dendrocalamus, Gigantochloa, Oxytenanthera之间或O. felix与O. nigrociliata之间。文中都作了比较详细的描述。有些竹种秆表面上的微观特征在文中没有描写,但在表格2及图片中也能看到它们的不同。利用这一方面的特点,可以把在营养体和繁殖器官难以区分的竹种,加以区分开来。这将对研究竹种分类和鉴定竹种工作有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The SEM observations of superficial microstructure in 51 midsections which belong to 31 genera of native bamboos were described in this paper. The superficial microstructural characteristics in these bamboos, which are similar in appearance, differ from each other both between genera and between species, such as: Indosasa and Sinobambusa; Clavinodum and Pleioblastus; Sinocalamus and Dendrocalamus; among Cephalostachyum Schizostachyum, Bambusa and Dendrocalamus Gigantochloa Oxytenanthera; between O. felix and O. nigrociliata, etc. The differences of superficial microstructure of bamboos, such as the above, were exactly described in this paper. The superficial microstructurnl characteristics of the others not described in this paper can be seen in the tables and the photographs. By this way, we can distinguish the bamboos similar in macrostructure. This will be referred to as the identification of bamboo.
