| 摘 要： | 目的]为蜡状芽孢杆菌引起的鲫鱼病害药物防治提供实验参考。方法]采用纸片法和二倍稀释法测定了芦荟等7种常见药食两用中药对鲫鱼蜡状芽孢杆菌的抑制作用。结果]7种常见药食两用中药均对致病菌蜡状芽孢杆菌有不同程度的抑制作用,其中甘草、鱼腥草、芦荟具有良好的抑菌作用,金银花、蒲公英、槐米、桔皮的抑菌作用较弱。7种供试样品的最小杀菌浓度均远大于最小抑菌浓度,仅甘草、鱼腥草在500μg/ml时表现出弱的杀菌作用,其余样品在其选择的浓度范围内均无明显杀菌作用。结论]所选择的7种药食两用中药均具有不同程度抑菌作用,但仅具有弱的或不具有杀菌作用。

| Abstract: | Objective]The aim was to provide the experimental reference for medicine prevention of Carassius auratus disease caused by Bacillus cereus.Method]The inhibitory effect of 7 kinds of common edible Chinese herbs on B.cereus of C.auratus was detected by paper method and double broth dilution method.Result] 7 kinds of common edible Chinese herbs all had inhibitory effect on pathogenic B.cereus to some degree.Among them,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Houttuynia cordata and Aloe vera had good inhibitory effect and the inhibitory effect of Lonicera japonica,Taraxacum officinale,Flos sophora and orange peel were poor.The minimal bactericidal concn.of the 7 tested samples were all far larger than their minimal inhibitory concn..Only G.uralensis and H.cordata at 500 μg/ml showed weak bactericidal effect and other samples all had no obvious bactericidal effect in their selecting concn.range.Conclusion]The selected 7 kinds of common edible Chinese herbs all had inhibitory effect to a different degree,but it only had week or had no bactericidal effect. |
