| 摘 要： | 汽车运材已成为我国木材生产中的主要运输方式。降低汽车运材成本要从管理着手，通过管理手段提高汽车运材的劳动生产率，降低原材料、燃料的消耗和做好修旧利废工作，使其发挥最大的使用效率。同时要遵循自然规律，将运材季节选在能耗最低的冬季进行。提高管理水平、加强设备管理、提高设备利用率、减少非生产性开支是降低汽车运材成本的根本途径．

| Abstract: | Using trucks to transport logs is the main method for wood production inChina. Efficient control can reduce the cost of logs transportation. The key to improving theproductivity of truck transportation,lowering the amount of material and fuel used and usingthe repaired spare parts is management. Adhering to the natural law is very important incutting down the energy consumption. The best season to transport logs using trucks iswinter. The way to reduce the cost of Iogs transportation is to improve management,reinforce the equipment supervision and lower the nonproductive expenses. |
