| 摘 要： | 在周年分期播种条件下对小麦冬性春性不同的各类型品种的穗分化研究表明,小麦对低温的反应属数量性的,低温诱导的是小穗原基而不是茎生长锥的伸长;生长锥下部单棱双向发展区是营养器官与生殖器官原基“过渡区”;主茎叶片数的决定时期因品种的冬性、春性类型及播种后的温度条件而异.

| Abstract: | In this study, four cultivars of common wheat ( Triticum aestivum L. ), including types of winter, semi-winter and spring wheat, were sown at monthly intervals from Oct. 1982 to July. 1984 in Baoding, Hebei Province. The spike differentiation of main stem was studied for the cultivars tested.The results indicate that the spikelet primordium instead of elongation of growth cone is induced by the lower temperature factor.Thus, the spikelet differentiation stage is a critical one in wheat development; The double-development area in the lower part of grow cone is referred to as transition from vegetative organ primordia to reproductive ones;The number of main stem depends on the types of wheat and temperature after sowing. |
