| 摘 要： | 在牡丹花红色素理化性质的研究基础上，进行了牡丹花预处理、预冻试验，研究了预处理方式对牡丹花冷冻干燥的影响。利用LG-0．2型真空冷冻干燥机进行了牡丹花的真空冷冻干燥试验研究，得到最佳的干燥工艺为：用10％的柠檬酸无水乙醇溶液处理10min，冰箱慢冻4h，然后液氮速冻5min、升华干燥6h，然后解析干燥10h。

| Abstract: | Based on the physical and chemical properties of the pigment of peony flower, the pre-processing experiments and pre-freezing before drying were conducted. The effect of pattern of pre-processing and pre-freezing on the following peony drying was studied. Freeze-drying experiments after pre-treatments were carried out in a LG - 0. 2 freezing dryer. The curve of peony freeze-drying was gotten. The sample of drying flower is similar to a fresh flower. |
