灰色点关联分析在大豆育种上的应用

摘    要:取20个品种,运用灰色育种理论,采取点关联度的研究方法,对影响大豆产量的各数量性状进行分析。结果表明,大豆单株产量与产量各因素之间的灰色关联度依次为单株粒数>单株荚数>百粒重>分枝数>节数>株高,说明对单株产量影响最大的是单株粒数,粒数越多,产量越高;其次是单株荚数、百粒重,荚数多,百粒重越高,产量越高;分枝数、节数、株高对单株产量的影响较小。

Abstract:By selecting 20 varieties and using grey breeding theory and the research method of point correlation degree,each quantitative trait that affected the yield of soybean was analyzed.The result showed that the grey correlation degree between the soybean yield per plant and each factor of yield was in order as grain number per plant> pod number per plant > 100-seed weight >branch number per plant >node number >plant height.This indicated that grain number per plant had the maximum effect on the yield per plant and the yield of soybean plants with more grains was higher.Pod number and 100-seed weight were secondary.The yield of soybean plants with more pods and higher 100-grain weight was higher.Branch number,node number and plant height had the minimum effect on the yield per plant.
