| 摘 要： | 大力推动城乡统筹发展是党的十七届三中全会提出的科学发展观的具体诠释。该文以重庆市全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区为例，从重庆市面临的基本情况、城乡统筹的目的和任务入手，探讨了重庆市城乡统筹的障碍因素，提出了加快重庆市城乡统筹发展的对策。
