稻谷固定床深层干燥的计算机模拟

摘    要:针对稻谷固定床深层间歇干燥过程中的加热和缓苏两个阶段建立了数学模型,用C语言编制了相应的运算程序。用该模型计算了不同干燥介质温度和湿度、不同粮食初始含水率和温度条件下,不同层厚处稻谷的含水率和温度,计算结果与试验结果基本相符。

Abstract:A computerized simulation method of paddy drying heated intermittently in a deep fixed bed is introduced in this paper. A corresponding computer software is programmed with C language and used to calculate moisture contents and temperature distribution of paddy in a deep fixed bed. The drying properties of paddy in fixed bed, the effects of temperature and moisture of air, initial moisture contents and layer thickness of paddy on drying rate, drying technology promoters and final moisture content on paddy qualities were analyzed. In order to test the correction of the computerized simulation, a fixed bed drying experimental rag was constructed and three experiments were done. The results of computerized simulation show that those were coincide with measured ones. The computerized simulation method can be used to predict the properties of fixed bed drying, such as drying efficiency, drying time, moisture content and temperature distribution of paddy, as well as humidity and temperature of air. The study results provide a basis for modelling and optimization of operational parameters of fixed bed paddy drying.
