Nondiabetic emphysematous cystitis in two dogs. |

| Abstract: | Emphysematous cystitis unassociated with diabetes mellitus was diagnosed in two dogs. One dog had chronic recurring urinary tract infection with aerobic and anaerboic bacteria, and the other had urinary tract infection associated with renal glucosuria. In both dogs, the cystitis was resolved with appropriate antibacterial therapy. |
