| 摘 要： | 通过葡萄保鲜纸ＳＯ２缓慢释放曲线和葡萄保鲜试验证明，ＳＯ２缓释葡萄保鲜纸Ｄ９能缓慢释放ＳＯ２，有效控制葡萄腐烂。本实验通过测定经ＳＯ２缓释葡萄保鲜纸Ｄ９处理后，葡萄的可滴定酸，维生素Ｃ、含糖量、细胞膜的相对透性，细胞膜伤害率和ＳＯ２残留等指标，进一步验证了ＳＯ２缓释葡萄保鲜纸Ｄ９保鲜防腐效果明显优于其它类型葡萄保鲜纸，同时为确定ＳＯ２葡萄保鲜纸偏重亚硫酸钠的最佳用量提供了可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | This paper further verifies the result that D 9 SO 2 slow releasing generating paper has much better effects of keeping fresh and retarding decay than the other SO 2 generating papers through testing the organic acid content,saccharide content,ascorbic acid content,injury rate of plasma membrance and SO 2 residuce.At the same time,this paper provides the reliable evidences for determining the proper SO 2 dosage. |
