SO2缓释葡萄保鲜纸D9对葡萄贮藏品质的影响

摘    要:通过葡萄保鲜纸SO2缓慢释放曲线和葡萄保鲜试验证明,SO2缓释葡萄保鲜纸D9能缓慢释放SO2,有效控制葡萄腐烂。本实验通过测定经SO2缓释葡萄保鲜纸D9处理后,葡萄的可滴定酸,维生素C、含糖量、细胞膜的相对透性,细胞膜伤害率和SO2残留等指标,进一步验证了SO2缓释葡萄保鲜纸D9保鲜防腐效果明显优于其它类型葡萄保鲜纸,同时为确定SO2葡萄保鲜纸偏重亚硫酸钠的最佳用量提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:This paper further verifies the result that D 9 SO 2 slow releasing generating paper has much better effects of keeping fresh and retarding decay than the other SO 2 generating papers through testing the organic acid content,saccharide content,ascorbic acid content,injury rate of plasma membrance and SO 2 residuce.At the same time,this paper provides the reliable evidences for determining the proper SO 2 dosage.
