玫瑰海棠的组培快繁研究

摘    要:通过对玫瑰海棠组织培养及入土移栽等方面的技术研究,筛选出诱导试管苗芽分化的最适培养基是MS+NAA0.2 mg/L+6-BA0.8 mg/L,诱导率是93.3%;适宜生根的培养基是1/2MS+NAAO 6.0 mg/L,生根率是96.7%。通过移栽试验,其入土移栽的小苗成活率为96.7%。

Abstract:Fast propergation and explant into soil of Rose Begonia was studied.The optimal media of induce bud root,found the optimal suitable transplanting substrate was found.The optimal media of induced bud was MS+NAA0.2mg/l+6-BA0.8mg/l,the rate of induced bud was 93.3%;the optimal media of induced root was l/2MS+NAA0.6mg/l,the rate of induced root was 96.7%.With transplanting planted experiment,the rate of living Rose Begonia is 96.7%.
