| 摘 要： | 采用4种不同染色方法及离体萌发培养法对锦带花粉生活力进行测定.结果表明:采用醋酸洋红染色法,花粉粒均被染成红色,而TTC染色法无法使花粉着色,因此这2种方法不能作为测定锦带花粉生活力的染色方法；I-KI染色法虽能测定花粉生活力,但测定值明显偏高,也不适宜采用；而过氧化物酶染色法的测定值与离体萌发培养法的测定结果相近,故认为是测定锦带花粉生活力的最适染色法.

| Abstract: | Pollen viability of Weigela florida was tested with four staining methods and germination method.The results showed that pollen granule was all stained red by carmine acetate staining,while pollen granule could not be stained by TTC staining,so both of them could not be counted as methods of testing pollen viability of Weigela florida.Pollen viability could be tested by I-KI staining,but the value increased significantly,and also unfit for use.The result of peroxidase staining was similar to that of germina... |
